Alzheimer's is a larger market and was the original purpose for the drug... this is why the rat studies are important. As we trial on Alzheimer's patients, we run preclinicals on other diseases simultaneously, which opened up an opportunity...two to be exact...one to help girls with Rett syndrome...and two a faster way to approval.

I am not sure why people keep thinking we are pushing AD to the side...that is so asinine. The AD path is moving at the same speed it would have without the rest of the pipeline. The benefits to other CNS diseases are being discovered in parallel. When an opportunity presents itself and a foundation is going to pay for it, are you going to say no? When it shows a promising set of results, a faster path to market, and a possibility of improving more lives, would you say no?

I really don't get the beef with everyone here. Oh no, it took over 2 years to modify all these diseases with one drug...oh no, it to one over two years to buy my yacht...oh no, it took over 2 years to purchase that island.

Sorry, I am not directing all of this at you.
