There is a company that may have an effective AD drug, one effect of it is seems to cure insomnia. The mode of action of the current sleep aid drugs as you point out may be detrmental. I have seen reports that say when we dream we are actually cleansing our brains from waste material. I wonder if people who are able to recall their dreams are healthier than those who cannot. Because my Mother had AD I am interested in that area, but I do think everything is related and that AD is another sign of inflammation. I hope JL will comment on this if he sees it.
