I have many friends that are "what you call" bums.

It's not good for them.
except for my friends that got insurance that saved their lives.

I keep trying to tell them not to take the freebies as your role model.

Wisdom is learning from the mistakes of others.
Intelligence is learning from your own mistakes.
A fool learns neither from the mistakes of others, nor his own mistakes.
