I suspect the amount of time this spends in the 5 cent range may be very brief. Anyone that was waiting for it to hit the 4 range may have lost out on Monday with that interest fip-flop.

I don't see it being very far off of .10 after any simple announcement (maybe sliding back to the .085 until after the next step.
