I agree with you for the most part.

But it's just more about them telling us something and not doing it. Being here a while and seeing this similar tendencies I am used to it.

Even the city CO got postponed a few times but they eventually got it.

So we know how they may say things and not happen time wise. But for new investors that don't know that. Taking someone on their word and not coming through. Clearly leaves a feeling of caution.

But most OTC stocks never tell you when they will release news. They just do it. I think pntv should adopt same strategy this way no one is getting disappointed and pntv can do things accordingly to their timeline. Verse worrying about meeting shareholder update deadlines.

As I have been saying, I think they will come through eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if state co happens near the 5/31 deadline.
