Sooo..help me here as math always gave me bad gas..

25% of 650millon is i think 156mil give or take a few hundred grand
Now of that 150mil is that portion potential profit for us common, providing the kind words of Att cfo ring true about "respectable conclusion"?


I don't follow your math or logic. If ATT gets Fibertower for $650M they are essentially paying a 1/4th per mhz pop that Verizon did for Straightpath. That is all I am saying. He said they paid a very good price which is a wide definition. Did they get it for 1/4 per MHZ pop, 1/3 per MHZ pop, or 1/2 per MHZ pop in comparison to the VZ/STRP deal. At each tier I mention it is still a very "good price" relative to STRP. I am just saying his play on words could carry a window of $1.5B in value to it.

I don't follow how you then take my numbers and arrive at 156 or 150M. I think you are just confusing thing when I say 25 cents on the dollar in comparison to VZ/STRP.
