I presume your referring to the Oct 16th 2013 Ad Com; which stated 'data from the 60% would be enough for an expanded label'. If yes, then I agree the DMEP likely lied to the Ad Com members which obviously influenced their negative votes, which where then used to rescind ANCHOR. DMEP played bate and switch with the Ad Com panel...that's now responsible for delaying an expanded Vascepa label.

Are any of these "regulators" going to jail? I doubt it but the scheme is happy to send CEO's to jail.
