MyDx has ordered 1,000 units retrofitted with the newest version upgrades which as of May 17, 2017, were undergoing final assembly/QA/QC in the production facilities in California."

IMO they're gearing up bc they received unexpected demand. They still need to fill orders so technically their cash balance could be a lot more than $133,000.
