The Company had revenues of $18,500 and $68,348 for the three months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. The Company generated revenues primarily from sales of its Viabecline antibiotic which presently is sold primarily through local physicians and a license fee.

The Company had accounts receivable from related party in amount of $371,565 as of March 31, 2017 due to the related party sales in 2016 and 2015.
