Here is an excerpt from the most recent filing with the SEC from January of this year, that being 2017
Please take note:

"Revenue generated during the three months ended November 30, 2016 was nil compared to revenue of $37,130 during the same period in 2015. Revenue generated during the six months ended November 30, 2016 was nil compared to revenue of $50,768 during the same period in 2015. The decrease in revenues is due to the expiry of our contract with Alstom, which was not renewed."

You will notice the last sentence:

The contract with Alstom had EXPIRED and was NOT RENEWED!!!

Therefore there was never a contract with GE because it DIED WITH ALSTOM!
