Thank you Maverick_1. So, what I thought I knew and understood, I didn't.

"Top line" (what ever that means) can be PR'd before the data is locked and sealed up for analysis.

I guess that is why I am confused about what exactly is "top-line data"? Is it hope? Is it facts? Is it inc0mplete?
It can't be released until OS is officially reached?
Is that correct? Thank you again and I hope I am not wasting your time as I just can't seem to get my big head around this "several months till OS is reached" and then and only then, will data be locked and then scrubbed and then analyized and then published and then submitted and then, hopefully, approved and then manufactured and then given to sick cancer patients and then help them fight their personal cancer.
