When the DoD learns of new products that could meet a vital mission requirement their procurement officers actually initiate contact with potential vendors. They arrange for a presentation to verify the new product meets mil-specs. Yet, they can't with SFOR because it doesnt even meet the registration requirements

Then the vendor registration and other paperwork is accomplished. UMm, not according to the DOD and their website on how to do business, vendor registration and paperwork first, It's how the sort out the trash like SFOR.
If this were no so, those new products, from those companies, currently not registered, would never get to the troops. They don't the troops get products from companies that follow the procurement procedures.
Why can't you understand how dynamic the DoD procurement cycle can be? If it is not ossified! Why can't you understand, that no one believes you. The requirements for doing business with the government are the requirements

If you believe this so much, why don't you make a cash bet with me.

Ahh, thats right you don't really believe what your saying, just following your agenda
