LOI- Completed. That's what I'm waiting for.

And then it's only the first step in growing this "open road shipping' deal, which did take Venture Capital Firm. The only way out.

Otherwise COWi would have been delisted and worthless by the end of 2016.

I'll admit that I have only about 3 mil shares of COWI at an avg of .0001
