The plan must be on the desk of the POTUS 6/30. However, it takes a couple of weeks for letters to them to get through the Force Protection safety screening and then delivered. Help our troops get the defensive software they need in light of the Russian cyber attacks on their mobile devices this winter in Eastern Europe (according to the 2/23/17 BBC report).
