Speaking of posters, I was wondering what happened to CGardner - one of the securities law dudes I used to look to for info - and I see that he hasn't posted since about this time last year.
Do you know if he changed alias, is taking a break, or is gone for good?
I miss his securities law insights and info, and was kinda sorta hopin' he'd respond when I put ~OUTT a request on DD a few weeks ago about a state court and a cease trading order enforceability/jurisdiction re: state courts.
Nobuddy answered, and I thought I'd direct a different securities law Q to him, butt he seems to be on hiatus.
