OMG, The THEFT is Complete...

But looking at Exhibit A & Exhibit B, it is ominous and doesn't augur well at all for all of us dreaming for $165BB or something like that getting returned from FDIC & JPMC... If this settlement is any pre-cursor of things to come, it is not good for us.... I hope this settlement has no bearing at all on what FDIC is going to return to us Escrows and hope FDIC still has WAMU Assets and they have not been 'stolen' by JPMC using the "Loan Loss" Ratios used in Exhibit A & Exhibit B here, for this Settlement.

This whole settlement is based on *VERY ABYSMAL* figures pulled from comparison to Countrywide's sub-prime loan losses etc.

The final "Percentage Recovery of WMB trusts (Based on Claim Dollars) is 11.9%... REEEL LOW figures... Obviously JPMC made out like a Bandit in this Settlement with DB administered Trusts... JPMC has really pulled Wool over the RMBS Certificate holders & by extension us WAMU security holders here...JPMC stole from all of us and 'did not let the Financial Crisis go to a Waste"
