Is it possible that a contract can be announced at "any minute"? Yes. Is it probable that it will happen ?, Not so much. Etc. etc. ad infinidum ....

I agree with caution, however you may be proven wrong on this. At least on how likely it is this year to see a contract. There are real bread crumbs that point to a possibility:

Li's investment
New leadership
Purchase of a manufacturing site
Purchase of machines
Contract and delivery of raw materials

The next step is to get that contract and announce it. I put odds on that happening before the end of the year with a corresponding bump in value. Sky is the limit after that I think. Like some have mentioned Li seems to under promise and over deliver. Cheers!
