As I was pondering the original 32 trial participants I couldn't help wonder about the 7 dropouts. Were these participants only allowed to take the trial protocals (A 2-73or + Don?)or because this was an adaptive trial was their dose adjusted to prevent dizziness and then it couldn't be overcome. If they were removed from the trial because of these mild adverse events, have they been given another opportunity (because the original trial is now over)to try ....say only A 2-73 and see if they had a positive response to the drug? No mention other than they were dropped but the compassion side of me wonders if they were given a second chance?

For these patients to have one foot in the grave, and for some the lid actually closing down, they really don't have much else to lose and everything to gain.

Bring on the participants testimonials I say! There is a MAJOR reason IMO that the good Dr. is keeping his cards guarded and I don't think it is a bad reason for shareholders.

Next major news release should be a doosie!
