Per 10-K We seek to generate revenue through fees for ProtectID Ò based on client consumer usage...

We also provide our clients a choice of operating our ProtectID Ò software internally by licensing it or through our hosted Cloud Service or a hybrid that some clients have implemented and none of our competitors presently offer.

We also price our products for business applications based on the number of users.

These pricing models provide our company with one-time, monthly, quarterly and annual recurring revenues with volume discounts.

Strikeforce took Microsoft to court back in 2015 for the computer giant’s infringement on its OOBA patents, three patents with nos. 7,870,599, 8,484,698 & 8,713,701, and early last year announced that the company had picked up a $9 million settlement as well as a licensing fee (undisclosed) for continued use of the patents in question.

Microsoft Azure is utilizing ACS/SFOR products. License fees are calculated based off of how many users.
Volume discounts will be given ;) Microsoft Fiscal year ends in June. Microsoft (Large Companies) are known to pay royalties/license fees annually as they in turn get paid annually. Based off the numbers of the chart below of Azure clients and growing, IMO I would say ACS/SFOR. will be getting a nice check in September/October for the undisclosed licensing fee per the settlement.
