Perhaps you could ask him if he received a delinquency letter from the SEC yet regarding the seriously late financials? A stock I follow was just suspended on 5/17/17 for ignoring that letter on 3/1/17.

I am back in the office for two days before leaving again. I am working on having an update out before my flight.
