let's be logical...

only an evil villain majority shareholder would be so obsessed with harming 3% of commons that he would hurt his own 97% investment.

only a glutton for legal punishment would do that.

only a vicious crook with mental illness would willfully lose his own personal investment in order to harm a handful of retail traders.

imo the simplest explanation for our future is the best one:

robert w. roche is a philanthropist, a very level-headed, successful guy. he will be more than happy to create value for all RVUE shareholders once the asset sale is done.

why? because it's not only the right thing to do, it's great business.
