You must be reading my post wrong. Im asking why did chanbond let uoip take 100% control of their company? They knew they were in line for a big payday but decide to give uoip control of their company? Thst makes no sense to me. They said the reason was to leverage uoip's CEO connections with patent lawyers. Wouldnt great patent lawyers be all over this case themselves? Why would they sell themselves out to uoip just to get some connections to lawyers...
