It is the status quo of penny's to be scams. There are rare exceptions of course but they are in fact extremely rare. 99% are dilution scams created by bottom feeders to rip off naive investors thinking they're going to get rich. Create a good story, print endless shares and pay PR firms and individuals to pump endlessly. Easy ticket to wealth only by being an insider. SEC extraordinarily slow in protecting individuals from scams, look how long it took them to catch Bernie Madoff and they were informed of that scam eight years BEFORE they did anything about it.
