an S-1/A, the A = Amend, of the 4/19/17 S-1 where the .75 was the current closing price that day, and being used strictly for calculation of the registration fee

X put up a great post on this S-1, and how it was just registering a "chunk" of shares which could be sold to LPC based on the LPC financing agreement, the basics of which has Lightwave selling shares to LPC on any given day at that day's lowest trading price

per the 1st Quarter report, I was baffled that LPC was not tapped in the subsequent to 3/31/17, but as Jim reported at the ASM, subsequent to 3/31/17 approx 1/2 mil dollars were raised through warrant exercises, and apparently no monies were raised by tapping LPC, despite the share price rising so well, so this shows great confidence as to the current state of affairs going forward imo
