I don't have his email. He seems to prefer the ease of LPC. But even Jim said they would lean on warrant holders.

I had a conversation later with Lebby and explained my theory about LPC and how if they want to move to a major stock exchange they should strive towards credible and relavant investors who hold with conviction. NASDAQ or NYSE will care who you finance with.

Also told him to fix their poor PR release timing issues. I was assured they would by Jim. All the great scientific progress is wonderful but it's not an excuse to slack in other areas.
