Lithium X announced that it's partnering with another company, Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. (PEMIF), to develop Lithium X's 15,000 acre site, as well as Pure Energy's adjacent 11,300 acres.
In other words, this new partnership will control and develop almost twice the lithium-rich acreage that Lithium X originally secured, once the deal closes on or before May 30.
Together, they have even more experience developing lithium deposits, and more land to work on. I fully expect this new deal to speed up the development of both the U.S. OBL deposits, in Nevada's Clayton Valley...
As well as Lithium X's South American lithium deposits.
