Yes it sits but THE HOUSE PASSED THE BILL!

The problem with CBOE reports is that they totally blew it on Obamacare with false numbers. Too few healthy young adults signed up and paid the penalty instead.

Obamacare was passed on Dec. 24th but the CBOE report took months.
March 20, 2010, when the law had taken its final form and was working its way to President Obama’s desk, the CBO issued its official estimate of the cost and effects of the Affordable Care Act.
