You should base your investment decisions on facts you get from PR's and Financial Reports not innuendo and opinions from people who make a hobby of making negative baseless claims. Other than the fact that it's taking a long time for the company to release its growth and business plans, there is very little to criticize here as not that much is known yet. Their financials are sound and the company is profitable. Their current pps is reasonable and probably undervalued based on their previous financials. We're probably one good PR away from at least doubling the pps. JMO
