Thanks for sharing that, I missed the interview.

In a previous disclosure (not sure which one), the price estimate was between $50-100k.

So, Given prevalence of 26 per 100,000, and assuming:

a) price of 40k
b) 30% of US/European/Japanese patient pool on treatment;
c) European price discount of 50%

That translates to annual revenue of: $2.2b.

If 60k, then $3.3b.


IF you figure higher percent of patient pool on treatment, then the numbers go up. Potentially by over 3X.
