We have been told about the convertible debt raising a modest number of shares on a consistent basis. The volume we have seen in recent days would seem to have absorbed all of the latest round. I'm basing that on the amounts over the last year.

I am hopeful that if they come out with the kind of news we REALLY want, that the obstacle to a price increase is now gone and the stock can move up.

Wish it weren't this way, of course. I've voiced my concerns. In fact I mentioned the conv debt as a concern in my very first sticky that was on the board for 6 months or so. I'm just hoping that it is now out of the way until it rears its head again, or better yet is fully paid off.
