VSL losing this IPR is like your car losing its steering after you've driven off the cliff.

Sure it's not, good, but it's not really bad either since steering won't stop you from crashing when you land.

This announced VLL co-ownership deal stinks more and more the longer that MAXD refuses to proclaim that whatever triggers the ownership has occurred. At this point I think this was another of Nash's feints and/or Halpern's scams, and especially after this IPR, we'll be seeing a dissolution of this supposed deal.
