600k sounds like a lot of money -- if you're knocking over a bank in Tombstone circa 1890 maybe, but it's a paultry settlement in context.

Google might even be willing to pay that to settle the architecture claim, which I guess would mean 200k for MaxD? Not even enough to cover a salary. So not a thrilling prospect for shareholders although perhaps a more practical one than billions and billions and billions.

Poor Mr. Attia though. He sounds sympathetic. Nash too today. MaxD screwed this up. It should be shot.
