Merg with what? Those 2 Big Investors will get to buy back super cheap at .0000000001 or less as more current share holders bail out making this ever more worthless. Great deal for them I guess, but it sounds more like a comedy skit where these Investors may actually be the next door neighbor's who have been approached to fork over their hard earned Beer Money, on the hopes of a pipe dream, what ever that is..
