I'm currently transitioning from tradeking (now Ally) and starting using Ameritrade today and bought this stock no problem. Ally will not let you buy under .01, and even restricted some OTC over .01. Etrade is another good one people have recommended. Take a look at the differences between Etrade and Ameritrade and decide what is best suited for you. I chose Ameritrade simply because they have no minimum balance to trade so I can take my time as I close out positions and transfer cash.
