So.. it seemed current management team is trying to raise fund, which is a good effort. I don't think I ever heard of such effort from last management team? Now, did your source mentioned any feedback from the other party? Did the other party just walk away for good or there are follow up meetings.

Can you prove that Dan is paying himself 250k a year or putting it on the books? Or its just your speculation? I am not sure about 250k amount but he does deserve a salary? With no money in the bank, what wrong with putting this on the book? If SRSR fail, he gets nothing. If SRSR success, he deserves reward? Like all CEOs out there?

Anyway. waiting continues. Still hoping for bigger better outcomes.
