IGEX deal is off, no money for anything SRSR needs (pay trade creditors, pay Nevada for business registration, pay transfer agent to keep trading); the only thing SRSR is doing is Dan preparing his document to the NY court (due June 30)trying to lessen his hundred of thousands of damages for placing his pension holders in jeopardy while lost them 97% of their monies.


Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Otto was at 8 Adelaide Street in Toronto last Thursday trying to raise $30MM.

Otto was, apparently, laughed out of the meeting, as he knows nothing about the Nemegosenda property and had no one on his geological team to meet with the other party.

Also, it seem Dan is paying himself $250k a year from SRSR-at least putting it on the books so he can grab a big hunk of stock eventually.
