Feed the foxes, you are missing the point too.

Even if what you say is true, that just proves the point that shady business or number practices were going on between the entities. Since both yeildco's were started by SUNE and were given all their business from SUNE, then it is impossible for the two yieldco's to NOT go into bankruptcy if what you say is true. The yeildco's had to have gotten more value than they paid back to SUNE in order for them to be an ongoing profitable entity. END OF STORY.


This is why, the SUNEQ story will either claw back to the yeildco's for more value OR Fraud will be proven and therefore the lawsuits will continue down to the yeildco's
