OFFICE MANAGER
VirTra Systems currently looking for an experienced full-time office manager for their Phoenix facility. Job duties will include but not be limited to: bookkeeping, answering incoming calls; greeting clients, visitors, and vendors; providing customer service; preparing packages for express mail and other general office tasks as needed. Additionally, as an Office Manager, the role will require maintaining personnel files, processing new hire paperwork, and ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Skills/ Requirements
Must have good computer skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
Strong organizational skills are a must.
Quickbooks accounting experience is a plus.
Friendly, outgoing and serious about starting a new career!
