"The board also considers that as our business and our price becomes more valuable, often our stock price will reflect this increase."

Does anyone know what Ferris meant by this last line regarding the buyback? He is correct in his assertion, that generally as the business becomes more valuable, the stock price rises accordingly, but the entire statement essentially stated that they have no intention to buyback any shares.
