They are only a handful of people doing the jobs of a couple dozen. It seems many times they are pressed into giving dates for things by us the shareholders sending them emails for requests about progress.

As for updates and things like that they do way more than your average company. If you email them directly they usually get back within 24 hrs or less. I think they try to be as transparent as possible but these updates don't always take precedence over matters that require more attention. Brett is dealing with family issues in rural Vermont. Cut the guy some slack.

I've been to the facility with Mark over several weekends and watched the amount of calls and daily business that goes on. And that is just Friday Saturday and Sunday. It's unbelievable how many different pieces of the puzzle Mark has to track simultaneously. I couldn't do it. Wouldn't want to do it. We sit back as arm chair QBs and criticize but the reality is very few people could pull this together.
