Whatever happened to all of the military applications once invested in by DARPA, Department of the Navy, Department of the Army, etc.
How about the Boeing...dimples on the wings of jets?

Even though management has changed, things like the XM25 projectiles with liquidmetal fuses, etc. should have proceeded with development.
Are we led to believe that all of the old projects went to Visser?

Joshuayeyu, o guru of great, bring us up to date on the defense business and why each project has never materialized. It seems that many of these applications don't require a mirror finish either.
