What makes you think they have any real control over the delays or that they even care what this board thinks?

They are trying to open a large scale business in a highly regulated brand new industry that is constantly throwing more requirements at them after they check off everything on their list. Reading some of the news articles posted here many operations are running into the same issues as far as getting their CO passed.

Everybody wants to see the stock sky rocket and what the company wants is to see a steady slow rise and accumulation. Stocks, especially pennies, that go ballistic up do the same on the way down. Since we got our license in 2014 we are up almost 3000% and holding our gains.
