Personally, I am not a fan of this fine dining restaurant idea.

Restaurant business is risky and fine dining does not fit IMO with a young crowd that likes games and beer. Just my own collage experience.

I was under impression AMFE will strategically invest in and acquire existing revenue generating businesses, such as S&L.

So far AMFE has 3 business models with two proven to be successful and 3rd one with tons of potential and just getting started.

New fine dining? Risky and unnecessary, IMO.
