I just spoke with Patrick from IDCC and he said clearly that the Microsoft

settlement was not over. He also stated that Nokia didn't sell to many

3G and 4G handsets after 2007. I asked about utility meter revenues

and he said clearly that along with automobile sensors was part of what

Avanci would be trying to license. He said the Huawei patents would now

be recognized in the 3rd quarter and the value of money paid to IDCC

based on the patents would be audited by KPG. He said LG is already

licensed for sensor use for the Hillcrest technology but the handset

technology they haven't renewed or paid. lot of this patent revenue

from Huawei was over my head. I have no clue how many handsets that were

3G or 4G that Microsoft/Nokia sold that IDCC has not gotten paid for. The

fat lady has not sang. He also said IDCC had about 8 million left to

spend out of the authorized amount to retire stock.
