plfm re IDCC's 3G licensees as follows:

NEC, LG, Sharp, Matsushita, Kyocera, Sanyo, Toshiba, HTC, Arima, Quanta, Sierra, Option, and Danger among others. All these licensees are currently paying 3G royalties to IDCC. In addition to the listed 3G royalty licensees, IDCC also has 3G product licenses with Phillips, Infineon, and General Dynamics. Samsung is not a 3G licensee of IDCC.
