After contacting Remo Weber. Here is the deal. His offer is at 0.0001 and only if he is able to get 60% of the company for $45k. Any amount over that and it is not worth to fix the company and the stock will go dead again.

NO DEAL, NO MERGER NO BUSINESS if there is no controlling amount of shares.
