I hope they won't put too much resources into this. Restaurant business is very risky and most fine dining restaurants lose money. I don't want that to become a toxic asset to the balance sheet.

Beer and games on collage heavy areas on the other hand? Can't go wrong with that!

They should stick with what works, and scale. No need to experiment with new, when they have something that works!
