Hey Divea,

I appreciate the informations that you've brought up re: Dhillon and his history. It should be a good caution to investors. But I'm not entirely sold on your cautionary thesis that Dhillon's involvement indicates that Arth is a scam. Stevia first is an enigma. It seems like they never did anything. Who knows if Dhillon is to blame or the CEO? There are other companies Dhillon has worked with, such as Inovio pharmaceuticals, that though unsuccessful, do not seem to be scams so much as unsuccessful companies. They made progress and accomplished real things but never crossed the finish line

Might it be more pragmatic simply to acknowledge that most small companies fail, especially in biotech. And through that lens we can see Dhillon not so much as a confidence man, but more as a financier who is looking to maximize profit whether the company succeeds or not? If this is the case, its still important to be cautious. Arth has always been a risky investment, but that doesn't mean its doomed just because one of the officers has yet to be involved with a company that actually succeeds.

Your comments about Dr. KSS are misleading. Dr. KSS has yet to sell any of his shares. Right now he considers Arth to be a HOLD. And he never refers to Dhillon in his analysis. Rather, his concerns are based on his doubts that Norchi is an effective CEO. He has tremendous respect for Norchi as a doctor, but isn't sure that he is leading the company effectively, given the delays. He has said that he is giving Arth until August to show some progress. This make sense, considering that Arth has stated several anticipated milestones for 2017, the first of which slotted for mid year. It's not mid year yet, so it does not make sense to be panicking yet due to "no news". But if we get through August and haven't heard anything yet, then it starts to make sense to doubt. That's my two cents.
