IDK GrosPied. I absolutely hate being pessimistic, but in my experience everything that Dhillon has been involved in has been a scam and I'm seeing the same pattern here. Reverse split, Pump company with paid articles. Communicate with investors regularly and update with milestone events and announce future plans. Miss deadlines without explanation or excuses that make no sense. Company goes silent. Stock goes sub penny.
It is much easier and much more profitable to set up "fake" penny stocks than to actually produce stevia or AC5 or (name your product that Dillon has pumped). No accountability.
People like you and me cannot fathom someone being so dishonest, but once you have the pattern down it is easy to replicate. Just pick another product and run with it. The company goes bankrupt and they pick another stock symbol and start again. And people say...."well that's what you get for investing in Penny stocks"
I first got disillusioned when I found out Dhillon was involved in this and then when the SEC started investigating the paid positive articles, I really said oh crap. I don't know any of the officers or board members personally, but I can tell you Dillon's expertise is saying anything and producing any document necessary to rape every penny possible then move on.
One other thing. I don't know if you are familiar with Dr KSS, but he is a biotech "expert" and runs a highly successful biotech investors group and forum. He's why I put ARTH on my radar (and purchased shares, which I have since greatly reduced) and even he has taken it off his most recent lists.
All of what I say comes from my interpretation of my own DD and is solely IMHO.
