SOEN.OB...a PV solar cell mfg. with a new 42000sq. ft. mfg. facility which will be state of the art being opened in China in the 4th qtr...California just passed a first time bill that will enhance the solar cell industry...there are many press releases with a lot of info on their yahoo bd. and on their website...very interesting at $1.50...
